Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

1. Zero Tolerance

GearHead TCG strictly prohibits child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content, behavior, or activity that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors. This applies to all content uploaded to the app, all usernames, profiles, captions, comments, and private or public communications on the platform.

2. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not, under any circumstances:

• Upload, share, request, promote, or distribute CSAM in any form.
• Sexualize minors in images, text, or any other content.
• Solicit, groom, or attempt to contact minors for sexual purposes.
• Use the platform to facilitate, advertise, or coordinate child exploitation in any way.

3. Enforcement

Any account found to violate this policy is permanently banned immediately upon discovery, without prior notice. Violating content is removed as soon as it is identified. Where required by law, we report CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement investigations.

4. Reporting

If you encounter content or behavior on GearHead TCG that you believe violates this policy, report it immediately to oknishino@gearheadtcg.com. Include as much detail as possible — usernames, post links, screenshots — so we can investigate and act quickly. We review and act on CSAE reports as a top priority.

5. Age Requirements

GearHead TCG is not directed at children. Use of the service in violation of applicable minimum age requirements is prohibited, consistent with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted here with a revised effective date.
